Refund Policy

1. Core Policy

At OnlyMantra, we strive to provide high-quality cosmic insights. Because our digital reports and AI-generated analyses are processed and delivered instantly upon request, we generally maintain a no-refund policy for digital products.

2. Subscription Refunds

For "Cosmic Pro" monthly or annual subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

3. Platform Errors

If you experience a technical failure where a paid report is not generated or delivered due to a server error, please contact our support team at support@onlymantra.com within 48 hours for a credit or resolution.

4. Exception Requests

While we have a strict policy, we value our community. If you have unique circumstances or believe you were charged in error, please reach out. We review all requests on a case-by-case basis.

5. Process

Any approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Stripe/Razorpay) within 5-7 business days of approval.
